We stand behind every job — no fine print, no runaround.

The Simple Version

If the work we did isn't right, call Chris. He'll come back and make it right. That's the whole policy.

The Screen Team LLC operates on a direct-contact model — when you hire us, you're dealing with the same person from estimate to completion. That accountability doesn't end when the job is done.

Workmanship Guarantee

All labor performed by The Screen Team LLC is guaranteed against defects in workmanship. If screen material lifts, pulls away, or fails as a result of how it was installed — not due to external damage or wear — we will return and correct it at no charge.

This applies to:

  • Screen material improperly splined or seated
  • Panel sections that come loose shortly after installation
  • Visible installation defects (uneven tension, misaligned fit, visible gaps at spline)

What Is and Isn't Covered

Covered: Defects in installation workmanship identified within a reasonable time after completion of the job.

Not covered:

  • Storm damage or wind damage after installation
  • Damage caused by pets, landscaping equipment, or physical impact
  • Normal wear over time from Florida's sun, heat, and humidity
  • Issues arising from pre-existing structural problems with frames or enclosures that were disclosed or visible at time of estimate

Materials

We use quality screening materials suited to Florida's climate. The Screen Team does not manufacture screen materials — manufacturer defects in the material itself are subject to the material supplier's own terms. If you believe there's a material defect, contact Chris and he'll work through it with you.

How to Request a Return Visit

Call or text Chris directly at (727) 386-6562. Describe what you're seeing and when you noticed it. We'll schedule a return as quickly as possible.

There is no formal claims process, no ticket system — just a direct call to the person who did the work.
